That some 100,000 patients have visited LIAN since opening is a remarkable result of aiming for honest care and thorough explanation. From the early days we worked to introduce digital imaging diagnosis, took the lead in becoming a dentist the whole family visits by creating new spaces such as the pediatric room and orthodontic center, opened our specialist collaboration system wide and led the way in opening various fields of care to expand specialist treatment. In the 2020s we built a digital lab on the level of the first in Gangnam and extended and maximized LIAN's clinical functions by opening a range of specialty clinics and a night clinic. LIAN's clinicians prove the excellence of LIAN's care through activities in academic societies and the community as well as in education, research and service. The prefix 'first' attached to so many pages of LIAN's history was not a special goal of LIAN, but the result of its effort and perseverance to fulfill its responsibility as a clinic that practices the philosophy of honest care.

At a time when overtreatment and opaque costs still breed distrust, LIAN's efforts have contributed substantially to creating a care culture that gives patients enough information to choose for themselves. Countless patients treated at LIAN have spread a culture of trust through word of mouth, recommendations and return visits. Thorough explanation and cost guidance before treatment and follow-up care that takes responsibility to the end have now become principles that many clinics beyond LIAN observe, and LIAN will continue to set that standard one step ahead.

LIAN's care has also contributed to building a society that, beyond widening the opportunity for treatment to every patient, looks after the oral health of neighbors who are left out. While raising patients' quality of life and giving them back a whole daily life, LIAN has constantly encouraged changes in awareness in the community. Having indirectly encouraged change among neighbors through the free dentures program for seniors and the children's oral health fund, LIAN has run a systematic sharing program, the first by an individual dental clinic in the Gangnam area. A society in which everyone receives good care without discrimination remains a goal LIAN must still pursue.
