Opening and first steps (2014–2016)
In the early 2010s, distrust of flashy advertising and overtreatment was taking root in Gangnam dentistry.
Yet many patients still had to accept an anxious choice as fate, among treatment recommended without explanation and opaque costs.
It was then that LIAN Dental Clinic opened: a small but clear change. It broke the practice in which patients were rarely given enough explanation or a chance to choose, and openly offered care that anyone could understand.
LIAN's start was a gift of the trust patients gave, and LIAN's growth began there.
